generally , magnification of lens and mirror are same ., but their magnification formula is different ..
For lens :- The linear magnification produce by a lens is equal to the ratio of image distance to the object distance . THAT IS :___

BUT , FOR MIRROR ...
The linear magnification produce by a mirror is equal to the ratio of the image distance to the object distance , with minus sign I .e ,,,
