MONTANE FOREST

the wet temperature type of forests are found between a height of 1000 and 2000 metres

the common trees are coniferous trees like pine,deodar,silver fir,spruce,and cedar are found

alpine vegetation are found here

the common animals are Kashmir stag,spotted dear,wild sheep, jack rabbit etc

MANGROVE FOREST

the mangrove tidal forest are found in the areas me coast influence by tides

mud slit get accumulated on such coast

the roots of these trees in this forest are submerged under water

The deltas of the Ganga the Mahanadi the Krishna the Godavari and the Kaveri are covered by such vegetation

in the Ganga Brahmaputra Delta Sundari trees are found

Royal Bengal Tiger is the famous animal in these forest

crocodile and snake are also found here
