Mass is a constant anywhere you go, but weight varies where ever you go.

Mass is amount of matter in a given substance, but weight is the force of gravity.

Mass is scalar quantity, but weight is vector quantity.

SI unit of Mass is kg, but SI unit of weight is N.

Weight depends upon mass, but mass does not depend upon weight, i.e., mass is independent of weight.
