During freedom struggle of India, Bal Gangadhar Tilak was referred as the "Jahal" & Agarkar was referred as the "Maval". After 100 years Uddhav is known as "Maval" (Ref. Today's MATA/pg 9) & Raj as "Jahal"! In 2014 parliament & assembly elections Maharashtra would decide if it prefers MAVAL or JAHAL way to solve problems of Marathi peoples. This is the main and most important difference between Mahal and Jahal.
