On the other hand non measurable learning outcomes are those description which describes what student has to do in a particular semester or what should be the next step for the student and his target for future.

Answer:

Measurable items are those which you can weigh or find out how much they are off.

When it comes to non-measurable items, they cannot be weighed and we can't even find out their costs or anything else as well.

Hence measurable items include the measurement with the help of scaled and all. Nonmeasurable items need not be measured using scale we can see and know.
