Mental health describes our psychological and social wellness. It affects how we feel and see things. It is important as long as we grow at least until adolescence

Mental hygiene describes about restoring the mental health and practicing it.
It is like a prevention and taking care before something happens

Answer ✅

Mental hygiene is the practice of trying to maintain mental health through proactive behavior and treatment. Mental health is “one's overall psychological well-being.” Hygiene refers to methods for preserving health. (In the popular sense, it refers to things like brushing your teeth and washing your hands.)
