Both are the same……………Body of law that deals with customs and practices of local and international commerce.Not a separate body of law but a legal code that governs operations of banks and and business of all kinds, it covers agreements, contracts, copyrights, franchising, insurance, licensing, patents, shipping and transport,trademarks,etc are called Business law or Mercantile Law.
