Meristematic tissues have capacity to divide qhere permanent tissue do not have. Meristematic tissue have thin cellulose wall whereas permanent tissue has thick cellulose wall. ... Meristematic tissues have many small vacuoles in their cytoplasm whereas permanent tissue contain only single large vacuole in their cytoplasm.

HERE'S YOUR ANSWER FRIEND,

FIRST OF ALL..

◾ WHAT IS TISSUE?

ANSWER ➡ GROUP OF CELLS PERFORMING SIMILAR FUNCTIONS ARE CALLED TISSUE.

\huge\bold\red{MERISTIMATIC}

TISSUE

➡ IN MERISTIMATIC TISSUES THE WALL OF CELLULOSE IS THIN

➡VACUOLES ARE SMALL IN THE CYTOPLASM.

➡IN MERISTIMATIC TISSUES PERMANENT TISSUES ARE PRODUCED.

➡THEY HAVE A CONTRIBUTION IN THE PRIMARY AS WELL AS SECONDARY GROWTH OF PLANTS.

➡THEY DO NOT HAVE INTRACELLULAR SPACES.

➡ THESE TISSUES HAVE CAPACITY TO DIVIDE.

\huge\bold\red{PERMANENT}

TISSUE

➡IN PERMANENT TISSUES, THE WALL OF CELLULOSE IS THICK.

➡THESE TISSUES HAVE A LARGE VACUOLE IN THE CYTOPLASM.

➡ THEY ARE PRODUCED BY MERISTIMATIC TISSUES.

➡ THESE TISSUES ALSO HAVE A GREAT CONTRIBUTION IN VARIOUS TYPES OF GROWTH IN THE PLANTS.

➡ THESE HAVE INTRACELLULAR SPACES.

➡ THESE TISSUES LOST THEIR CAPACITY TO DIVIDE.

HOPE IT HELPS YOU.
