Meaning Metallic minerals refers to the minerals that comprise of metals in raw form. Non-metallic minerals implies the minerals, that do not have minerals in them.
Metallic = Found in Igneous and metamorphic rocks
Found in = Sedimentary rocks
New product = New product can be obtained from it, on melting.
New product = No new product is obtained from it, on melting.
Metal = Good conductors of heat and electricity
Non metallic = Good insulators of heat and electricity
Metallic = These are malleable and ductile.
Non metal = These lack in malleability and ductility.
Metal = They have luster
Non metal = They do not have luster
