Heya Folks!
There's no difference between Micrometer and Screw Gauge. Infact, Screw Gauge is only known as Micrometer Screw Gauge 'cause it has the least count of 0.01 mm that is, 10^-6 metre which is 1 micron. Thus, this is the reason why it's called Micrometer! Hope it helps! Please do mark it as the brainliest if you find it relevant! :-)
