Non-ideal solutions with positive deviation forms minimum boiling azeotropes.
E.g: 68% nitric acid + 32% water
Non-ideal solutions with negative deviation forms maximum boiling azeotropes.
E.g: 95% ethanol + 5% water
Note:
Non-ideal solutions are the solutions which doesn't obey Raoult's law.
Non-ideal solutions are two types which shows positive and negative deviations.
1)In solutions that shows positive deviation
 a. If  a solution A and Solution B are mixed, the interactions between the          A-B molecules is weaker than the interactions between the A-A and            B-B molecules.
b.the resultant mixture volume is greater than the sum of the volumes            of the A & B solutions.
c.The total vapour pressure of resultant mixture is greater than the sum of the vapour pressures of A & B soutions.
2)In solutions that show negative deviation,
  a. If  a solution A and Solution B are mixed, the interactions between the          A-B molecules is stronger than the interactions between the A-A and            B-B molecules.
b.the resultant mixture volume is less than the sum of the volumes            of the A & B solutions.
c.The total vapour pressure of resultant mixture is less than the sum of the vapour pressures of A & B soutions.

Sir I think the example which you have provided for the minimum boiling azeotrope is wrong and it is a example of maximum boiling azeotrope.
