Difference between mitosis and meiosis? ?? Easyy

surya000: Mitosis has one round of cellular division and genetic separation whereas meiosis has two rounds. The two processes are also different because in mitosis the daughter cells are exactly identical to the parent cells compared to meiosis where the daughter cells are not genetically identical to the parent cells.

Hey!!

Mitosis consists of one stage whereas meiosis consists of two stages.

Mitosis produces diploid cells (46 chromosomes) whereas meiosis produces haploid cells (23 chromosomes).

Mitosis produces two identical daughter cells whereas meiosis produces four genetically different daughter cells.

thanks

hope it helps
good luck :-)

Here's is ur answer ______________

_______________________________
✔Mitosis _____.

□ this process occur only in stomata cell.

□ In this process two daughter cell's are formed .

□ Daughter cell's are Dipolid.

□ this is equation division .

□ it occur more frequently.

✔Meiosis_____.

□ it process occur only in germ cell.

□ In this process four daughter cell's are formed.

□ Daughter cells are hiploid.

□ this is Reduction division.

□ it occur less frequently .
