Multi National Companies:

• A  MNC is a company which produces goods and services and has established branches in several other countries .
• MNC usually pay its workers relatively lesser salary than what non MNC companies provide. As MNC have to keep more and more resources of it with itself to compete in the international market. But it also provides benefits to favorable employees.
• MNCs learn to boost their business in a new country by adapting its products as per the markets of the host country.(like in India, McDonald do not provide beef and pork in its menu .....)

Other non MNC :

• A non MNC also has trade relationships in other countries but these companies operate largely from the native country thus investing lesser in abroad branches.
• Non MNCs may provide more salary to the workers than MNCs as they can afford to not to involve in international trade as they are satisfied with their local markets. These companies also provide benefits to employees to retain them in their companies.
• Non MNCs do not focus on adapting their products as much as the MNCs do. They only control such adaptations in those few countries where their customers are more and legal restrictions force company products to adapt before entering their markets.
