difference between modern and ancient means of communication?

1. ancient communication- many many many years ago the ancient communication was done by bird known as pigeon.
2. it was also done by writing a letter.
3. it was also done by just writing on walls like inscriptions on manuscripts in the time of Kings and Queens..

modern communication-
nowadays it is done by mobile, telephone also by writing emails and some time also by writing letter but leaving letter writing mainly nowadays everybody prefers to follow the above means of communication....

In my opinion it is the modern world that suits me best. Though it has its own demerits. I find ancient times scary. Women had to suffer much in the ancient times. No one was interested in educating them. They were dependent on the men folk for small things of their life, widowers had really bad time at their in-laws place and also at their father's home. Few stringent social customs made the women live in sad plight. Being a women it is difficult to forget how in the primitive times women had to walk into the funeral pyre of their husbands. Whenever I find myself in a burn unit I cannot stop my thought process from researching on the pains that these women might have undergone to finally embrace death. I salute to them and just hope that their souls rest in peace.
