molarity = moles of solute/liters of solution

Molality (m) is defined as the number of moles of solute per kilogram of solvent.

molality = moles of solute/kilograms of solvent

molaity is the no of moles of solute present in the 1kg of solvent

it doesn't vary according to temperature

molarity is the no of moles of solute present in 1L of solution

it varies according to temperature
