Specific conductivity is also called specific conductance. And it's the reverse of resistivity, measured in S (siemens, mentioned also above). Q2: Molar Conductivity=lambda= k/ molecular concentration which makes it equal to molar conductance per mole. So this is pretty much the difference between them, if we could name it as such.
