mother tongue means a language that we can speak very easy II language means that we can't speak and we don't know the meaning of second language so mother tongue is a language which we can understand and we use this language and our daily life also our mother tongue is Hindi we speak Hindi daily with our family with that school friends and teachers but when we talk about the second language example English English is speaking by American people we can't speak English fastly like the American people I hope my answer help you
