Morale is a group scenario.
Maximum motivation leads to high morale of employees.
High morale doesn't result in greatly motivated employees to have positive attitude towards every factors of work environment.
Motivation assures individual differences between employees.
Morale of employees can be increased by taking factors into consideration which boosts group scenario.
