mutually exclusive events are something that are not everytine availabl to enjoy... they appear only once a year or so... wheres independent events can be set up any day any time with a group of frnds...

Mutually exclusive events are the events which cannot occur at the same time.e.g. A tossed coin ,it will either be hear or tail.It cannot be both at the same time.
Mutually independent events are events which are not inflenced or changed by other event or vice versa..e.g.If there are two events A and B,then occurrence of event A does not inflence or change event B and vice versa.
