Answer:

National income  may be defined as the factor of earning of the normal residents outside or within the country during an accounting year.In other words, the total amount of income earned  by a country from economic activities in a year’s time is known as national income.

Whereas, domestic income is defined as the earning inside the domestic territory both by the residents of the domestic country or by foreigners. We know that within domestic territory, two types of people lives which includes domestic people and foreigners and domestic income includes the factor that includes all the people in the country and thier incomes.
