1. Natural vegetative propagation occurs naturally that is without the interference of man.....whereas artificial vegetative propagation is due to the interference of man
2. grafting,layering are the examples of artificial vegetative propagation whereas natural vegetative propagation occurs when an axillary bud grows into a lateral shoot and develops its own roots (also known as adventitious roots). Plant structures allowing natural vegetative propagation include bulbs, rhizomes, stolons and tubers.

while artificial vegetative propagation has whole involvement of human
natural vegetative propagation is done by stem by root and by leaves and cutting while layering and grafting are the process involved in artificial vegetative propagation
