Eg: Common salt, vinegar, lemon juice etc

2. Synthetic Preservatives( Chemical preservatives)

Chemical or synthetic preservatives are substances that are produced artificially by combining chemical compounds

Eg:

benzoates, propionates, sorbates, nitrates, etc
