difference between naturopathy and Ayurveda
Answers
Answer:
Naturopathy
An umbrella term for the approach to healthcare which tends to reject evidence-based medicine and focus on the body’s ability to heal itself. It therefore promotes lifestyle and diet changes, as well as a wide range of “natural” / “alternative” medicines, a few of which may be effective in certain circumstances, but many of which are of doubtful or unproven efficacy.
Ayurvedic
A pseudoscientific system of medicine based on debunked elemental concepts. Again, some treatments used in Ayurveda are either obviously good (e.g. good hygiene) or may potentially have active or beneficial effects (e.g. certain herbal treatments), but plenty are utter nonsense (e.g. spirit possession).
Answer:
Naturopathy is an art and science and a drug less system of healing based on well founded philosophy.
Ayurveda is based on the belief that help and Wellness depend on a Delicate balance between the spirit body and mind.
It is also a system of medicine with historical roots.
