Difference between nerve cell..neuron..nerve fibres

nerve cell are also called neurons while nerve fibres are also called axon which is a long slender thread like structure in a nerve cell

hi there it is TJ neuron and a nerve cell is the same thing but there is a difference between nerve cell and nerve fibre that is what I am going to explain....
A neuron or nerve cell is the fundamental unit of signal processing; an electrically excitable cell that processes and transmits information through electrical and chemical signals. 
Nerve fibre refers to axon and myelin sheath (covering of axon to increase conduction velocity). so this was ur answer... hope you understood the answer thank you and by.
