Newton's Second Law states that the acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the net force on the object and inversely proportional to the mass of the object.

First law:A stationary object will not move unless an external unbalanced force is applied.

second law: when there are two carts and one cart is filled things and the other cart is empty ...the result will be it that we have to apply more force on the first cart then second as the first cart has more mass.
