Cancer is a complex genetic disease that is caused by specific changes in the genes in one cell or group of cells.

These changes disrupt normal cells.

The cancer cells don't stop growing

And hence it results in tumor.

In normal cell the nucleus has a smooth apperance and maintains an uniform spheroid shape.
