Difference between normal quota and management quota

The cost of seats is comparatively very less compared to management quota seats which are provided by the college. For instance governmentquota seats for medical cost like 55k per year and no donations. Whilemanagement quota seats may need a donation of 70lakhs to 1 crore or more.
