Normal b.pt is under normal circumstances of temperature and pressure while standard b.pt is standard conditions of temperature and pressure.
B.pt is condition dependant. When condition changes the b.pt of the same substance will change. For example, Boiling point of water is 100°C under 1 atm pressure. This is standard b. pt of water.
Further, boiling point of the same bottle of water in plain area (New Delhi, India) is more than that of in hilly area (Kathmandu, Nepal). Because, as height increases the vapor pressure in air becomes less, so the same water at higher altitude needs to be boiled for longer duration so as to equalise the pressure of the water vapor with the vapour pressure of air, hence boiling point of water in hilly area is more. Thus, normal boiling point of water differs at Delhi and Kathmandu. But, for all of us b.pt. of water is 100°C, it's the standard b.pt of water.
