Utkal Grameen Bank is a Regional Rural Bank established on 1 November 2012 with the mergerof Rushikulya Gramya Bank and Utkal Gramya Bank in terms of provisions of Regional Rural Banks Act 1976. The bank is sponsored by State Bank of India & is jointly Owned by the Government of India, Government of Odisha and SBI.                                                                          
Odisha Gramya Bankis a Regional Rural Bank established on 7 January 2013 with the amalgamation of Neelachala Gramya Bank, Kalinga Gramya Bank and Baitarani Gramya Bank in terms of provisions of Regional Rural Banks Act 1976. The bank is sponsored by Indian Overseas Bank & is jointly owned by the Government of India, Government of Odisha and IOB.

Utkal Grameen Bank is a Rural Bank which was instituted on 1 November 2012 with the consolidation of Rushikulya Gramya Bank and Utkal Gramya Bank in denominations of prerequisites of Regional Rural Banks Act 1976. The bank works with the  sponsorship of  State Bank of India & is collectively maintained by the Government of Odisha, State Bank of India and Government of India.
