Hello mate.....

Differ. B/w Oestrus cycle and Menstrual cycle..

↕️↕️↕️↕️

There is very clear differentiation in between Menstrual cycle and Oestrous cycle in various regards. In simplest form, menstrual cycle can be referred as rhythmic series of changes in the sex organs of female primates which occurs at an average of 28 days throughout the reproductive life (puberty to menopause) of female which includes prominent changes in specific phase of cycle viz. Proliferative, Secretory and Menstrual or Bleeding Phase. Oestrous cycle does not possess such complex specifications and is comparatively less complex in relation to menstrual cycle.

During menstrual cycle, sexual receptivity may occurs throughout the menstrual cycle whereas in oestrous cycle sexual receptivity occurs usually in between the oestrous cycle. Menstrual cycle is more complex than oestrous cycle as menstrual cycle involves as elaborated preparation of endometrium (uterine wall) for the implantation of fertilized egg, which again includes number of sequential stage to receive, fertilize, implant and nourish the expected foetus, whereas oestrous cycle in specific terms, prepares female reproductive tract, physically only for copulation.
