difference between open unemployment and disguised unemployment.

Hii.
Open unemployment -
A person has no work to do and he always stays at his/home therefore that person is open unemployed.
Disguised unemployment -
A person which hides his/her unemployment by doing work where there is no more want of workers. Means unemployment in which more workers ar envolved in one work.
