Difference between open unemployment and disguised unemployment................

Open Unemployment-------
It refers to an unemployment in which able people doesn't get the work for earning...... ex a degree holder has not any job .......

Disguised unemployment------
It refers to hidden unemployment means......people are engaged in work for say only but their labour never impacts on production level....
ex.... in a farm only 5 farmers are in need but in real there are working more than 5....thus are disguised unemployed...
