Unordered list is a type of list used while creating webpage using HTML to list things that dont need any order. <UL> tag is used to start a unordered list. It appears as bullet(●)sign as default. It can appear with signs like circle,square etc.

Ordered list is a type of list used while creating webpage using HTML to list things which need a specific order. It appears as normal numbering system(1,2,3,4,5 etc) as default. It can appear as- I, i, a,A etc.
Eg. List of students of a class roll number wise
