Difference between organised and unorganised sector
In organised sector:
1)The employment are fixed and employees have assured work.
2) In organised sector workers are paid for overtime.
3) In organised sectors employees have many benefits like pension, paid leave,medical facilities etc.
e.g. Government jobs
In unorganised sector:
1) Unorganised sector comprises of small scale unit and are not registered with government.
2) The workers are not paid for overtime.
3) The are not given any such facilities or benefits which are given to employee of organised sector.

The workers enjoy the security of employment in the organised sector.
Workers get regular monthly salary.
The activites are registered by the government and one has to follow the rules and regulations.
Workers are benefits like provident fund, paid leave, medical benefits, etc.
Working hours are fixed in organised sector.
Working Condition are favourable.
Unorganised sector :-
The small and scattered units, which are mostly outside the control of the government, come under the unorganised sector.
Workers get daily wages.
Rules and regulations are not followed here.
Workers do not get any such benefits.
Working hours are not fixed here. Sometime, workers work for more than 10 hours.
Workers condition are not favourable.
