Difference between organised and unorganized sector


vishwa23: people who work and get money by government is
vishwa23: organize sector
vishwa23: and their time are fixed and get good income
vishwa23: The people who have private job get less money then the people who are getting in organize sector is called unorganised sector and time period is also no fixed
vishwa23: If we are in leave for some days then they get less money
vishwa23: i they want then they can dismiss you in unorganised sector

1 organised sector is run by the government where there is no organisation over unorganised sector.
2 organised sector gives pension after retirement which is not available in unorganised sector.
3 organised sector gives permanent employment where it is not available in unorganised sector

Organised Sector:-

The workers enjoy the security of employment in the organised sector.

Workers get regular monthly salary.

The activites are registered by the government and one has to follow the rules and regulations.

Workers are benefits like provident fund, paid leave, medical benefits, etc.

Working hours are fixed in organised sector.

Working Condition are favourable.

Unorganised sector :-

The small and scattered units, which are mostly outside the control of the government, come under the unorganised sector.

Workers get daily wages.

Rules and regulations are not followed here.

Workers do not get any such benefits.

Working hours are not fixed here. Sometime, workers work for more than 10 hours.

Workers condition are not favourable.
