Unorganized sectors are those which do not have any fixed terms of employees nor do they have any registration like laborers etc.
Organized sector:
● Organized sector covers those enterprices where the terms of employment are regular and people have assured jobs.
● Rules and regulations are made and foollwed in the organized sector.
● Salaries are payed on Basic Wage Act.
● Workers enjoy security of employment.
Unorganized sector:
● The unorganized sector is characterized by small and scattered units which have remained outside the control of the government.
● There are rules and regulations but these are not followed.
● Wages are low and irregularly paid.
● Employment is not secured.
