What is the difference between P&L suspense and P&L appropriation? ... It is a fictitious asset of the company. P&L appropriationaccount is used for allocation and distribution of Net Profit among partners, reserves and dividends. It's a separate account that shows how funds transferred from the P&L Account will be spent.
