if there is thin cell wall made up of cellulose and also having intracellular space then the cell will be parenchyma .
if there is localised deposition of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose and intracellular space absent then cell is collenchyma.
if the cell is dead having lignified wall and narrow lumen then it is sclerenchyma

Parenchyma the cell wall is thin.
Collenchyma is thichend at the corner.
Sclerenchyma is lignified
