At same temperature and pressure,
Degree of saturation is the ratio of humidity ratio of moist air to the humidity of saturated moist air.
Relative humidity is the ratio of partial pressure of water vapour to the equilibrium water vapour pressure.
Degree of saturation ranges from 0 to 1 and relative humidity ranges from 0 to 100.
If RH is 0 then degree of saturation is 0 and RH is 100 then degree of saturation is 1.
