(1) partical is located in space in well defined position but

wave is spread in space example throwing a stone in water then water moves in circles

(2) partical does not interfere but in a space two waves can exist so waves can interfere

3) number of partical in space is equal to their sum . it neither be less nor greater

but due to interference resultant wave either be small or greater from orignal wave
