Toned milk is kinda method opted in India by adding milk of buffalo in to skim milk.
Pasteurized milk is kind of head killed milk, wat i meant is the pasteurized milk is obtained from heating milk over a particular temperature and in that milk bacterias and other pathogens will get killed..

Pasteurized milk is the milk which is heated at a good amount of temperature through which the microorganisms present in it are killed and if they are not removed they can cause disease and can also spoil food.
Toned milk is the milk which is the method in which we had moderately heated milk or skim milk is added to buffalo's milk which decreases fat content and increases non-fat solids and also increases its quality.
