National Income is the total value of a  country's final output of all new goods and services produced in one year whereas percapita Income is when the total national Income is divided by the total population.

national Income is defined as the total value of all the goods and services produced within a country plus income coming from Abroad.

When the total National Income is divided by the total population it is called per capita income.
Per capita income = National Income /Total Population
