It is possible to be correct, but it's not possible for something to be perfect. Perfection is an abstract concept of something that is completely and totally free from error; it's impossible to achieve since everything can be improved upon. For instance, even if I were to spend an entire day writing out a comprehensive, beautifully written answer to this question, it could still be improved by altering it for clarity, length, etc.

Correct means what is right yani jo sahi hai

Perfect means the thing/person is made for the task/role being considered yani isse accha koi woh kaam kar hi nhi sakta ya isse accha koi iss role ko play nhi kar sakta
