difference between phosphorylation and photophosphorylation

Phosphorylation is the ATP synthesis driven by electron transfer to oxygen whereas Photophosphorylation is ATP synthesis driven by light as the name suggests.

The synthesis of ATP when electron transfers to oxygen (without taking help of light) is called phosphorylation.
The synthesis of ATP with the help of light is called photophosphorylation.
