difference between photosynthesis and respiration?​

photosynthesis only occurs in plants and some bacteria while respiration occurs in all living organisms.

Photosynthesis:

1. It is the process in which the food for plants are prepared by the leaves in the presence of sunlight (means only in day time) and water.

2. During this process, carbon dioxide is taken and oxygen is released.

Respiration:

1. It is the process in which plants takes in oxygen and give out carbon dioxide like humans.

2. They only respire at night,like humans
