Difference between phycomycetes and ascomycetes on the basis of mycelium

Phycomycetes are usually aquatic in nature whereas the ascomycetes are not the true aquatic in nature. In phycomycetes the spores are flagellate and develop in the sporangia whereas in the ascomycete the spores are not developed in sporangia and are not flagellate.
