Physical Capital is the actual capital invested in the firm to start it in the form of money or cash. Physical capital is required for starting up a firm and thereby for smooth functioning of the firm.
Human Capital is when a skilled labor is admitted in the firm and his efforts, ability and talent is used again and again in a firm to reach the targets and perfection in work is called human capital. In short, using humans as investment in a firm is human capital.
