(1) Physical capital:- it increases physical goods Human capital :- it increases knowledge and efficiency. (2) Physical capital:- It is a economic and technical process Human capital:- It is partly a social process. (3) Physical capital:- It is tangible Human capital:-It is Intangible. (4) Physical capital:- It can be sold in market. Human capital can't be sold in market. (5) Physical capital:- It is separable from its owner. Human capital:- is not separable from its owner. (6) Physical capital :- formation can be built even though imports. Human capital :- Formation is to be done through conscious policy formulations.
