Difference Btw pic16F628 and pic16F628AHi there,
My application uses the PIC16F628 internal osc. I use IO pins as my UART with machine cycle delays to provide the Baud rate Timing.
I have now replaced the PIC16F628 with the PIC16F628A. Running the exact some code in both ICs, the PIC16F628A generates plently of start and stop bit errors.
Do I have to write special delays for the pic16F628A?
Regards
TOM
