Answer:

Place of Last Residence/Place of Enumeration

Explanation:

Migrant by last residence is the person whose place of last residence is different from the place of enumeration ( i.e place where the person is counted during census because she/he stayed there during census day, which may not be where she/he usually lives ).

Please do note that I am not completely sure with this being the correct answer.

Answer:

Place of last residence is applicable to any person who migrated or moved from one city or state to another.

Place of enumeration is the address were your name has been entered in the census.

Note, not part of the answer. This information is necessary for census officials to understand whether a person has entered his or her name in two places. If our names are in two places in the census or electoral roll, the statistics will be inaccurate (officially the statistic is unhealthy).
